Meet Kaitlyn, our go-to media strategist behind some of our content creations. With 4 years of experience coordinating community events, she brings a wealth of knowledge in outreach, nonprofit work, and event planning. 

 

When she is not busy with back-end planning for Averlen, you will find her out in the field with team assisting with decorations and capturing content. Her knack for detail in the finer things always comes in handy.  

 

Kaitlyn is in a committed relationship and plans to have the perfect outdoor wedding that highlights her love for nature. “I am Central Valley girl who loves the outdoors. One of my favorite things about Fresno is the beauty of the agriculture around us and early spring mountain views!”  

 

During her downtime, she loves to watch movies, play board games and karaoke.  

As a person who values empathy her words of wisdom on relationships are, “To always keep the cup full. Wether that’s 40/60 or 20/80. A relationship is never always 50/50, it’s about supporting each other as needed.”
