Kia is the CEO and Founder behind Averlen subsidiaries, where she pours her passion into Averlen Events, an event decorating company, and its sister business, Averlen Shop, a dream in progress that will soon offer unique event decor and custom gifting. With a background rooted in healthcare, insurance, and staffing, she’s always had a deep desire to see others flourish, helping people and businesses reach their goals. 

 

But beyond titles and businesses, Kia is a wife who has spent 6 beautiful years with her partner, celebrating love through the memories of their rustic backyard wedding—a day filled with thrifted ladders, florals, and the simple beauty of home. Every detail was a reflection of the warmth and authenticity that she values in all aspects of life. 

 

A free spirit with a meticulous eye, she has always been drawn to learning, exploring new passions, and mastering different skills—a journey that has shaped the way she leads and creates today. 

 

The spark for Averlen Events came during her time as a stay-at-home mom. In those moments of balancing life and family, she felt the pull to create something special—not just for herself but for others. Averlen became a way to bring beauty, joy, and creativity to life’s celebrations. Whether big or small, lavish or simple, her team makes every event a reflection of love and meaning.
